Once your account is verified, you can log in straight away and make your first deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or any other payment method you prefer. No, each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at st996. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of st996's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, including all balances and winnings. If you're having trouble with an existing account — such as a forgotten password, a changed phone number, or any login issue — do not register a new account. Instead, contact the st996 support team via live chat or email at support@st996.xyz and they will help you regain access to your existing account. The account recovery process can typically be completed within minutes.

The st996 welcome bonus will be automatically credited to your account within 30 minutes of your first deposit being successfully processed. You will receive an in-platform notification and a confirmation email once the bonus has been credited. Please note that the bonus is subject to wagering requirements as stated in the promotion's Terms & Conditions — for the 100% match welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10x the bonus value within 30 days. This means the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly, but any winnings generated from using the bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met. For full details on current bonus terms, check the st996 Promotions page.
